Martin Wezowski is the Chief Futurist at SAP, responsible for the company’s long-term innovation vision, which serves as the foundation for SAP’s corporate foresight and innovation strategy. His mission is to “Know and Show what is next for the future of work.” Wezowski crafts future software and platform concepts, narratives, and outlooks, defining and running innovation frameworks to prepare SAP’s vast ecosystem for the future.
Wezowski is also a faculty member of Futur/IO, a European future institute, and other educational programs. He advises on several boards and leads his own firm, “The Wezowski,” where he lectures and advises on transformative innovation, methods to “lead from the future,” and modern change-leadership. In 2017, he was named one of the 100 most innovative minds in Germany as the “Software visionary” in the prestigious German business publication Handelsblatt.
Before joining SAP, Wezowski worked across a range of disciplines, from strategic leadership and systems design to customer experience. He served as Creative Director at Sony/Ericsson in Sweden/Japan and as Director of the Strategic UX Board for Huawei in Shenzhen, China. His international experience spans from Poland, Sweden, China to Germany, enriching his vision and strategy work. He frequently shares his passion for leading from the future at various prestigious forums and conferences around the world.
