Biography
Silvia Cobos is a councilor at Astorga’s City Hall, responsible for the Tourism Department and the General Urban Development Plan within the Urban Planning Department. She plays a key role in promoting Astorga as a tourist destination and managing urban development projects to enhance the city’s infrastructure and growth.
