Eugenio de Diego (Terrassa, 1984) is the CEO of Ático Estudio Creativo and one of the most prolific chefs and restaurateurs in the elBulli saga. He worked at the renowned Cala Montjoi restaurant from 2005 to 2011 and launched elBulli Lab in Barcelona together with Ferran Adrià.
Eugenio, an entrepreneurial chef, has written books and advised restaurateurs. Throughout his career, he has always envisioned opening his own projects, a dream he first nurtured while working in the kitchens of the legendary Ca l’Isidre. His ventures include Apluma, a successful chain of themed restaurants dedicated to roast chicken, Tamae, the Italian Lombo, Colmado Wilmot, and most recently, Pintarroja, a casual seafood restaurant located in a small town in Menorca.
