Biography

David Agulló Galilea is an architect who holds a doctorate in architecture from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Barcelona (ETSAB). He is known for his research and work on modernist architecture, particularly for his doctoral thesis titled “Gaudí i els jardins de l’antic manicomi de Sant Boi de Llobregat,” which was awarded Cum Laude. This research focuses on the modernist gardens of the old psychiatric hospital of Sant Boi, which are related to the work of Antoni Gaudí.

In addition to his academic work, David Agulló has participated in various rehabilitation, museography, and exhibition projects. He has collaborated with the company Quod and Enginyeria Cultural on projects such as the Museum of the History of Catalonia, the House of History of the Archaeological Park of Elviña, and the Center of Interpretation of Al-Andalus in San Fernando. He has also worked on the rehabilitation of the modernist complex of the old psychiatric hospital of Sant Boi de Llobregat.
